I cannot express how satisfied I am with the service and professionalism of the group here. They are an approved Google repair site and they can handle any repair for you while looking up your warranty coverage for you. They did a great job on my Pixel repair.

You can call them and they should be able to give you one over the phone.
I don't think they do that because most of it is with their plans or your own insurance. They only deal with insurance companies thru phone companies
Depends on how many others like you need the diagnostic service, and came before you. They only have so many technicians. When I was there, they were saying up to 2 weeks for some models.

They run free Diagnostics, but it also sounds like you have some dust build up. If the fans aren't going, than it shuts off for safety. But they can fix that
Bring it in and we can make sure it's properly diagnosed. If the fans bearings are failing,it would be wise to replace it, if it just needs a cleaning, we will completely disassemble and replace the thermal paste that provides a good connection that allows the heat generated by the GPU to safely discharge to the heat sink. Diagnostics are always free! If it's a regular PS4, cleaning it is $65 plus tax, any parts needed would be additional

I would talk to Apple directly over chat or phone call. If you are on iPhone, the connection is native. If you are Android, both Mac and Windows will allow drag and drop of your music/video files to and from computer and phone. :)
