I give them a 5 because they are open to peeps with no insurance and still get you in and put in a reasonable time, and they care and provide great Dr/ Nurses. Great Job

The medical team here in the office - nice, thorough and pleasant to work with. The office management / billing department - leaves a lot to be desired. More of an avoidance to address issues and their mistakes is lingering for over 3 months having LabCorp pursue me for payment on blood work that is covered as a physical - but since the office department coded this as viral vs routine physical Z00.00 - my insurance will not pay and LabCorp is pursuing me for payment. 4 calls to their billing department, 3 calls to the office, 4 emails to the clinic requesting the office manager step up and do their job and correct the situation, and call me to confirm has gone unanswered. - horrible to the point I may look to another medical facility and outside of Cone to get competent support.
