Same thing happened to me. I ended up driving to Greensboro and picked it up there. 3hr drive one way. But I got what I needed and have shipped fed ex since.
This seems to be common. It's happened to me plenty of times. More online sales recently with Covid and not enough workers to keep up with demand.
