Yes you do. Also to prepare for the appointment, make sure you have the most up ti date rabies certificate, not the tag but the paper. Drop off is from 7:30 - 8 am and pick up is always 3-4 pm.
Yes ... Although we did just show up we had to come back the next day they give you after and before care instructions
