Hi Angel, if the kittens were found as strays, please bring them to the shelter based on the location where they were found. If they were found in Aiken County but outside the City of Aiken limits, please bring them to the Aiken County Animal Shelter on Wire Road. If they were found within the City of Aiken, please bring them to the Albrecht Center for Animal Welfare during our open hours Monday-Saturday 11-5.
Yes I think they do. If not I know the Aiken County Animal Shelter does on wire road.
