I would like to say what a blessing it was to work with Kenneth this morning buying a new phone. He was so courteous not only with me but with other customers making sure that the elderly customers that came in had chairs to sit in. He also helps set my phone all up without getting irritated and made me feel like I was the only customer in the room. Although there were many other customers he continuously greeted them and tell them that they would be right with them! I hope he is valued by your company!

My phone was damaged on vacation. We just got back into town & I can not thank Aaron enough for how he was able to retrieve all my vacation pictures. He is a life saver. He was also very helpful setting up my new phone. He is very knowledgeable. I will definitely come here again because of the customer service Aaron provided Thank you Aaron!

The cooperate verizon on whisky road turned me away and told me they didnt know how to help me .. i went into this verizon and met KENNY, he told me he would have me a new phone in five minutes and i got a new iphone 13 and was setting it up withen 3 minutes of walking in the door .
