Cut off my water on a Saturday with absolutely anyway to pay. ... that's not how you treat customers. cutting their water off when you are not even open to pay and your payment line is asking for digits that I do not have on my bill.

Called about getting water transferred into my name, could not understand the first person I talked to. Was given another number to call lady put me on hold for almost 20 minutes finally she picked up and told me I could not transfer the account to my name, I had to go online to do that. The sign up process is a joke, very difficult to navigate. I suffered from a brain injury in 2006 and have trouble navigating these folks need to get it together what a nightmare. Update it took a while to talk to the correct person but I was finally able to get signed up and looks like everything is good on the billing. But the process still needs to be modified to include anyone with a impairment challenge. Thank you
