Paid for overnight & it didn’t get there overnight with UPS. Wouldn’t refund me the overnight charge. Should’ve gone to FedX!! I contacted the UPS Store corporate office & filed a complaint. Guess what I’m getting a refund! Won’t be using this store again!

Very nice store and great employees, but the music is way too loud. I wear hearing aids ands it's almost impossible to hear what the employees are saying. It would be nice if the volumn was turned down

Re-check the address you want your package to go to. They charged me over $20 and my package came back to me over a month later. When I confronted them with the package again, they bamed it on the Post Office. When I confronted the Post Office, they said that UPS had sent it "international" which was 'over seas'. My package wasn't even labeled with a town & state. I had to pay another $17-18 to reship the package. I confronted this UPS store again and the manager on duty told me to bring it back and he would reship it again. I told him, "how can I do that when I just told you that I was just in your store and you blamed it on the Post Office? You told me to take it up with the Post Office. The Post Office said it was your fault for sending it "INTERNATIONAL" and that I would have to pay for them to ship it. I paid the Post Office cause I had already came to you with the problem and you forwarded the blame. I can't bring it back to you cause the Post Office now has it." He then said he couldn't do anything else. Needless to say, this UPS stole my $20.18 and made alot of excuses to not deliver my package and not return my money. And, my package was floating all over the place for over a month. One single item sounded like pieces when it was returned, even though UPS is the one that packaged it with bubble wrap (so the receipt said). I guess I will find out when it finally gets delivered! And by the way, this UPS was very busy the day that I first went in, which might be why they ripped me off. Twenty dollars is alot of money out of my disability check!
