Best ratio of free weights to machines. No waiting for machines. WIDE variety of equip: free weights, machines, cardio equip, stair climber and a unique ladder climb. Outdoor training area and a large parking lot. Posing areas, xfit area, tanning and even a kids center. I've been around the world, and this is by far the best gym I've trained at... I couldn't ask for more out of what I deem "The True Mecca"

BY FAR the best gym I've ever been too. The equipment works very well. The gym is professionally top notch. Whether your a hardcore bodybuilder or a novice yuppie who just wants to hang out, this is the place for everybody PLUS no hidden fees.
