In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ashley HomeStore has committed itself to provide a clean, safe shopping environment for all team members and guests. We've implemented additional safety measures, and are closely following the social distancing guidelines from the CDC. For stores located in states where they have mandated the use of masks in public, we will follow with those set guidelines. We are a fever-free zone. All of our team members are checked for fever using touchless thermometers at the start of every shift. This is our policy and we are dedicated to abiding by it.

Ashley Furniture is the WORST OKACE TO BUY ANYTHING!!!! They say they keep there cost down buy manufacturing their own merchandise. Well let me tell you they will also order something else for you without telling you and then blame you for it. We bought a mattress and adjustable base ( which is quit pricey) but needed one for medical issues. The salesman tried to discourage us from buying what we wanted. It was suppose to be the deluxe base and they don’t have item numbers and names on these. Well when it was delivered it was the WRONG one. We have been trying to get a resolve since December 13, 2019. Still nothing but empty apologizes and No Resolve. This is unacceptable and NO ONE should’ve have to go through this, you got your commission/paycheck and we get NOTHING!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! WORST PEOPLE IN THE BUSINESS!!
