Literally thee worst place to buy furniture. Order furniture from them on 8/25/2018 delivery date was set for 10/2/2018 and still no furniture. I called the store to find out what was going on with my delivery andthey changed my date W/0 permission

Ashley Furniture is the WORST OKACE TO BUY ANYTHING!!!! They say they keep there cost down buy manufacturing their own merchandise. Well let me tell you they will also order something else for you without telling you and then blame you for it. We bought a mattress and adjustable base ( which is quit pricey) but needed one for medical issues. The salesman tried to discourage us from buying what we wanted. It was suppose to be the deluxe base and they don’t have item numbers and names on these. Well when it was delivered it was the WRONG one. We have been trying to get a resolve since December 13, 2019. Still nothing but empty apologizes and No Resolve. This is unacceptable and NO ONE should’ve have to go through this, you got your commission/paycheck and we get NOTHING!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! WORST PEOPLE IN THE BUSINESS!! Steve our salesperson, WORST Kaitlynn “the store manager” WORST THEY ARE LIARS, THEY ARE CHEATS, THEY ARE DEPLORABLE AND IF THIS IS WHAT ASHLEY

They have you fill out a review about the store when you're in there because you get the red carpet treatment. Our furniture came broken. It was on time. They had the couch without any covering sitting on the arm in a big old Warehouse truck. I couldn't believe it and of course the arm the whole couch was sitting on was broken so we had to wait another three weeks to get a replacement. So 6 weeks altogether from the time I bought the furniture. I was really disappointed. Plus when I called the store The Friendly general managers that I was supposed to be able to speak to or not available. I was told to call the warehouse.

This has been happening at other furniture places, not just Ashley. They are holding all the cards. It is unacceptable to me.
