Hi Teresa, Unfortunately as a non-profit organization we cannot offer free services. We do however, offer services at an affordable price. The current cost for a rabies vaccination is just $12.
They are cheaper than a a regular vets office, but being on a budget doesn't mean you get a dogs vaccine free. I believe when you get a pet you are taking responsibility for insuring they get their shots when needed. Sometimes the center does waive the fees for adoption when they have taken on rescues from emergancy situations.
They are very inexpensive but i dont know if any services are free. You would need to check with them directly.
