You have to go online put in your tracking number and request it or call customer service
If you are in the area and request a "Hold for Pickup" then this is likely were you will be told to pick it up. Although, be forewarned, when I did this, my package was lost, I was also informed the store was marking packages as received without receiving them (as in my case) creating additional confusion.
