friendly efficent & well staffed , if there is a line it moves rapidly , always plenty of parking RH ! * right next to Walmart, so hundreds of parking spaces... Joseph, my time is valuable so I don't mind a little paying more for good and speedy service vs. the long, slow moving line @ the under staffed government subsidized place.....

Due to corporate rules they charge $1 for any label print you need, but they can't even fix the front door so it opens properly with the revenue.

I was here recently to have some required fingerprints done and was taken back at how packed the place was. The young lady at the front controlled the crowd very well and kept the line moving quickly. The gentleman that scanned my fingerprints was very professional. I was in and out of there in no time!

Yes, they notarize documents at The UPS Store. You'll just need to provide the notary with a valid ID. It costs $5 per customer signature.

They do follow policy with this location. It is a franchise run location they do tell people to social distant I've never seen it past thier capacity of thier store. People are wearing masks as well. This location is the closest location to going towards knightdale area. Their hours also could be differant due to not being a corporate run store. They don't have to have 24/7 access it's up to the owner. His staff works very hard to ensure his staff are not over worked and have time to rest. If you need access past the hours of opereratiok like you already stated there are other locations.

I have printed items there. You might have to buy sheets of labels.
