We drove up here from New Bern because no place in Eastern North Carolina can provide a certificate of destruction. We walked in, dropped off two boxes and walked out with our certificate of destruction. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped us, but he was great. Thanks so much for being a great business.

Consistently miss scheduled pickup and when you do get someone on the phone its 2-4 weeks before they can fix their mistake. Meanwhile the boxes are full to overflowing. This has happened twice in the last six months. I would advise looking elsewhere for you service.

For the last several months, the service we have received has been unacceptable. We are a long time customer. Wait times are long on the phone to reach a customer service representative that is unable to provide the service you are requesting (even though, you are led to believe your order or request has been processed). You are informed that you will receive an email or phone call within a couple of days to schedule your request. That never happens. We had several missed services in recent months...reschedule times are nearly non-existent. The missed services were still charged on our invoice as if they had come and obtained the waste. In addition to this, we have a new location that I have tried on multiple occasions since March 4th to add a recurring shredding service to. I have spoken to several employees and was referred to an Retention Specialist that has not responded to my last 2 inquiries. In the last conversation 2 weeks ago, I was informed there was a software issue and they cannot add the service to our account. The IT department does not have a resolve/fix for this problem. It is April, an entire month later, and still nothing.

I am completely disgusted with ShredIt in the Triangle, North Carolina. I have called on four occasions in the past three weeks because though an established account, they will not make a pick-up. I call the 800 number and am repeatedly told that someone will be out today yet no show. Furthermore, they refuse to give me the contact information for my local representative. Horrible customer experience and would not recommend them to fellow business leaders.
