Horrible customer service. Laughed in my face when I told them what was wrong. Wouldn’t see me as a walk in because when asked if I was in pain I said “not really” (abscessed tooth), said they could see me in 6 months with an appointment. Second time going, second time regretting. They’re in desperate need of a new manager or HR department.

Couldn't be happier. This location has improved 100%. I saw nurse practitioner Lindsey Grych because my allergies were severe. She gave me very helpful advice and prescriptions to help. All the staff was attentive. I had lab work done and I didn't feel a thing. This was a great experience. If you don't have insurance look up the Polk Health Plan. It's very reasonable to see a doctor and get prescriptions. Great program. Good work everyone. I'd like to suggest taking a few more walk-ins. I got an ear infection and it's a challenge to get seen without an appointment.

My appointment was in January. When I called to schedule, I made sure to ask if they were able to do all of the lab work needed for a pre-surgery evaluation IN-HOUSE, as A) I needed it done ASAP and B) it's difficult for me to get time off work to go to an appointment to get it done. The receptionist said yes, they could do everything at the appointment there. Great. After waiting a bit, I'm finally seen, and what a surprise! There's no lab in the building. Despite the fact that I SPECIFICALLY asked. Instead, I have to take off work again to go to their sister site in Lakeland (after first driving to their OBGYN office somewhere else, because they provided me with the incorrect office address for the lab!) The Lakeland office has trouble finding record of the tests sent over by Dr. Geoffry Hall, so I have to explain what I'm there to get, and who sent me. They call over and finally figure things out, and I get the tests done. I had the tests done on 1/23. I did not get results until 2/5, and even then they wanted me to come pick them up, when I had left them with the fax information of the contact at the hospital. During this waiting period, there were several occasions where I called or sent messages via portal and did not receive answers, and had to try reaching out multiple times. Finally, on my care summary for the initial visit with Dr. Hall, it is mentioned that the following things were discussed: "Obesity; Diet Education; Exercises Education, Guidance, and Counseling". They absolutely were not mentioned in the slightest. This seems to be a trend with them however, as Dr. Lisa Holcomb did the same (adding things to the care summary) when I saw her in Lakeland in 2019. All in all, CFHC (all of their branches) are disorganized, and the right hand doesn't seem to have a clue what the left is doing. This is not the only time I've visited them, but it will definitely be the last. Do not recommend.
