This was my first experience with anything Surgery related and let me tell you, as soon as I walked in I knew it wasn’t going to be a good experience. Not only did I have to wait an hour just to receive my insurance card back, which the lady who was handling that did not give me my ID or insurance card until after I said something. I had to wait in the waiting room for over an hour without anyone telling me that my doctor was running behind. I had to wait for a whole hour and then talk to someone myself before I knew what was going on. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Staff was rude and honestly seemed to care less that they were there. Definitely not a place I will recommend and not a place I will come to again. As I write this review I am sitting in the parking lot waiting yet again another hour just to be called in the back. Because no one informed me that my doctor was running behind. The procedure I received requires me to not drink or eat anything the day before and of the procedure. How are you going to have someone schedule an appointment for 9:45 a.m and not even take them back for their insurance until 10:50 a.m?This is just poor service, if you are under staffed there is no reason to make people wait when you can either reschedule or block time periods to give the staff a break. It’s not fair to make clients wait without telling them anything ESPECIALLY if they can not eat or drink until after their procedure. This is just ridiculous and I hope this review helps someone not waste their time or money or energy on this horrible facility
