Have not had good experience with office of Jenn Valdez. Usually can't get a return call within reasonable time as in 48 hours. Usually took over a week for them to return a phone call. And then they also call me the day of my "procedure" to tell me it will be $400 out of pocket when the way Valdez explained it it was just 2 minutes of procedure and it was . When i need to transfer medial records to another office, they don't even return my calls. So will not recommend this office.

Absolutely the worst medical care. It's really medical neglect. Months and months to get an injured foot seen to and Dr. Englert won't order an MRI he insists my PCP do it. Wants me to make an appointment with her again. I can't walk on my foot but he refuses to do anything. Messages go unanswered through the patient portal. I'm going back to Baycare where my medical issues were seen in a timely manner. This clinic is absolutely run poorly. I see 5 doctors here and it's a nightmare. Baycare was better. They should shut Bond down.

My doctor sent a referral here for me to set-up as a new patient with Dr. Castellanos. I never got a call so I took the initiative to call them about it. It took me 2 seperate times of leaving a voice-mail for anyone to call me back. When the lady called me, I gave her my name and said my doctor sent a referral and she was extremely rude from the start of the call. She immediately rejected what I had to say and was a total b$#@! the entire phone call. If you're her boss and you're reading this, you might want to consider hiring some better employees who aren't rude to potential new patients or current ones!

The call center is the absolute worst. Every time I call to schedule or reschedule an appointment, the average wait time is 30 -40 minutes.

Most insurance is accepted but some doctors don't accept some plans. Call and the staff will help you.

I had to finally go to their website and send a general email! They responded saying their phone systems were down & they fwd my email request to my doctor! My doctors office did contact me after that! She said they were having to use their personal cell phones to call people using the fwd number system so it shows coming from Bond Clinic. Good luck!
Hi Richard, yes Bond Clinic is on the list to receive COVID 19 Vaccines however we do not know the date yet. We will follow the CDC guidelines for eligibility and will be releasing information about how to sign up soon. The vaccines will be for established Bond Clinic patients ages 75 and older initially.
