I had to finally go to their website and send a general email! They responded saying their phone systems were down & they fwd my email request to my doctor! My doctors office did contact me after that! She said they were having to use their personal cell phones to call people using the fwd number system so it shows coming from Bond Clinic. Good luck!
Wish I knew. I've been trying to get through to my doctors offce for the last 3 days. All I get is a busy signal.
