This place is the worst! I purchased tires last year and went back this past Monday to have them rotated and balanced (included with the purchase). I was in and out in less than twenty minutes. When I got on the road the car pulled to the right and vibrated while driving. They never balanced the tires!! Take you car to professionals and avoid this place.

Place is a joke, took my brand new 2023 vehicle to them to patch a tire and they didn't charge me and threw the receipt away and told me i was good...and then I realized why....they damaged my rim and took my chrome valve stem cover and replaced it with one of thier cheap black ones

I took my Jetta to this location for electrical issues on 7/3/22, manager said not a problem his techs are good and I would be charged a diag fee to find the problem. Today I was charged $117 to be told they don't have the tool to even read a volkswagen and I would have to take it to the dealer. $10 of that was a supply fee for shop supplies / waste disposal?? Take your vehicle here if you enjoy wasting your time and paying ridiculous charges.
