Just quoted 2$ thousand dollars to install 2 front struts and 2 rear spacers on a 17 chevy. Lol..that's absolutely outrageous. 175$ an hour labor rate..ease folks stay away from anywhere quoting prices like this on a 3 hour job. Competitor quoted half that. Shameful

I stopped by 4 Wheel Parts after Toyota told me they could not look at my front steering and suspension on my 4Runner since I had an aftermarket Icon Stage 6 kit installed. I was hearing some clunky noise from the front end and wanted to ensure it was not a CV joint or bearing/bushing that went bad. The crew at 4 Wheel Parts is knowledgeable and helpful. Both Aaron and Dave assisted with setting up an appointment to have my vehicle inspected. When I arrived, the mechanics took my vehicle for a test drive them put it up on the rack to complete a full inspection of the front end. When they finished they called me over and walked me through their entire checklist of inspection items. No issues were found, everything was in working order, and they kindly refunded the service fee since nothing needed to be repaired. They inspected all the wear parts and the current Icon set up I have installed. They said if the noise gets worse to come back and they will remove all the skid plates and do a deep dive. I was satisfied with the customer service I received and the knowledge of the staff and mechanics. Some 4x4 shops are Jeep, Jeep, Jeep but 4 Wheel Parts was knowledgeable about Toyota as well, which was refreshing to see. I would recommend anyone to this 4 Wheel Parts.

I had a great experience with 4 Wheel Parts. I had some electric work to review for properly wiring lights and adding in some toggle switches for 12v outlets in the bed of my Raptor. I felt the review of what I needed done with the Service Manager Ben was spot on. Ben and his team provided excellent customer service and a very quality service of running wires, toggle switches, and verifying everything works as I wanted it to. Top notch service team. I also had great customer experience working with the service writer Aaron on reviewing my needs as well as good communication on the vehicle status. Aaron worked with me to ensure everything I needed was on the list. A+ for a solid team at 4 Wheel Parts in Raleigh.
