We were treated like humans. Things happened, we had an emergency with one tire, a very rare tire at that. Needed it replaced on a Sunday afternoon at 4:30. Keep in mind they close at 6. I had been calling several other pepboys to see if they could take us in and just replace the tire. Most of them only thought about getting off work, and said it wasn't possible. Salvador, the worker at this Pepboys, told me to come in and they would have it handled. Installed the new tire and helped us out before they closed. Phenomenal place, and great people.

The customer service I received today. Was above and beyond any service I have received. At any Car repair shop. The staff is very friendly and the store is very clean. Customer lounge was clean there were refreshments for us as we wait. The team here greets on a timely manner. I can truly say this is a place that I will be doing my business with. I would like to thank Brandon for excellent customer service!!!!!

Pretty standard for the area. Hopefully not much longer.
It depends on the kind of oil and the type of filter your car needs. For my car I usually use full synthetic oil and I spend about $60 - $65. Chevrolet Cruze 2013.
