I am so tired of accepting batches and not getting enough time to get to the hub. I don't understand why Amazon offer batches with limited amount of time to get to the hub to people who live further from the hub. I drive a 8 cylinder vehicle. I accepted a batch tonight from 11pm. - 12:30 a.m. I live 10 minutes from the hub and I was only given 7 minutes to get to the hub. I called driver support and was told because it's a scheduled batch if I'm late driver support can check me in. I arrive late and received a message while trying to check in that I missed the batch because I was late. I called drivers support and was told by a different rep there was nothing they could do. You can call several times and speak to a different rep about the same issue and each rep tells you something different. So now I lost a base pay of $42 not including gas driving 20 minutes to the hub and back home. Something really needs to be done to give drivers more time. This has happened to me a few times and honestly I am about to deactivat my account

Blocks are released by Amazon throughout the day, usually just a couple each time. You are also competing with hundreds of other drivers for the exact same blocks, so you need to be constantly be tapping refresh until a block pops up, and when it does you need to be the first one to accept it otherwise it will go to someone else who was faster. It is extremely tough to gets blocks, just need to learn the block drop patterns and practice your tapping method to be as fast as you can and you will get blocks. Best advice people usually give is "always be tapping". You can also Google and find videos that give advice and tips on getting blocks.
This is a distribution warehouse only. You must place your order through Amazon and look at the available delivery options for the item you are buying.
It is not Only in Durham
Just keep checking
Your area has to become open on the amazon flex web site. You can get them to e-mail you once it is. Once it becomes open, you get an e-mail to download the app and off you go. I don't think Raleigh will be open for a while. The market seems over populated for drivers to me.
iam thinking about moving to North Carolina
