Just an overall terrible experience. After several formal requests through GFL's website, phone calls, and emails regarding a "missed pickup", my trash still sits on the curb after a month. What I don't understand is most of my neighbors utilize GFL and their trash gets serviced. unprofessional, unorganized, and unacceptable. Do not trust this company to preform as advertised and paid for.

We had this company for years and you guys buy them out and billed us for two months and don’t even show up to get our trash. We call and report it and your stanardsville rep is rude and still two days later once again no one has came to pick up our trash. I see that you are hiring maybe you should have kept whoever you let go who actually was doing their job prior to you taking over. Our neighbor has been having hers picked up weekly no issues so there is no excuse why you keep missing ours.

They took my trashcan even though I had paid my bill then told me it would be 7 days to get it back, it has now been over 3 weeks with multiple emails and phonecalls with zero response and no trashcan. Horrible customer service.

Got hurt on one of their dumbsters and not one person has called or emailed me back
