They ordered the parts in July and here it is March I got one of the three parts I paid 379.00 for and they haven't came back,called or anything. I can't get nowhere on the phone with them DO NOT USE THEM!

Service mam was great. But price of stuff was out ragues. Warranty service was 200 flat for a tear know 53$a month

Our $2600. 3 year old Kenmore Elite Refrigerator stopped working in June. 5th service call and 2nd compressor just put in today. We won't know until we see food freezing or not if it works. This is ridiculous having to wait a month in between these service appointments.
