Just want to start off giving the technician praise. He was very personable. I got the feeling he genuinely wanted to help and was trying his best. Sears though, has been a NIGHTMARE to deal with. Took 2 weeks to get an appointment, guy came out, ordered a part, said it'd be delivered to our house within a week or so. We paid for the part and all service work, over $900.. The part ended up taking over a month to arrive. Finally called sears back to get the tech out to our house and install it, turns out it'll be another 2 weeks... now going on almost 2 months without a fridge... Got so frustrated waiting for Sears, called another company and got it fixed within 1 week.... (Hindsight... just buy a new fridge, seems the repairs are crazy expensive and the techs at both companies said you're lucky if the repair buys you a year) Here's where the straight nonsense occurs with Sears... I have been trying to get refunded for the part and service work that never occured for 6 MONTHS now!!!!!!!! Multiple phone calls, chat messages on the website, emails... Easily 15+ hours worth of time trying to get this refund processed. Every time I make contact they tell me "it's in proces," but it still hasn't happened. Ive been told it'll be refunded to my credit card, it'll be sent via mail- no one seems to know what's going on. I've been given 1 week time frames, 14-21 business days time frames, no idea when it'll happen time frames, it's a disaster..... Still waiting on my refund. Do yourself a favor, avoid sears like the plague.

We were satisfied with the service on the treadmill but the refrigerator cleaning left us with problems getting the level od coldness adjusted. It doesn't seem to keep the freezer compartment cold enough. I have tried to change the adjustment but still doesnt want to keep the frozen items frozen.
