I will never come there ever again. it looks nice food is good and a few good workers but when they took my dad in for his heart surgery they put him to sleep but he didn’t want to sleep so he was forced and when i seen him he was Swollen around his eyes and his eyes were yellow and his liver wasn’t working well right after they said he was doing good so they decided to sent my father to Nebraska Medicine and the doctors there HAD TO cut half of his leg off because of how much medication the mercy doctor’s gave him they never pay attention to my father and his right leg muscles stopped working because of how medicine they gave him. They didn’t even notice that it stopped working. He is now doing so much better than before and me and my siblings feel so stupid for not sending him in Omaha Nebraska Medicine in the first place my father will never be in peace and will still be upset about his leg 😞.

Excellent care in the ER! Nurses Jackie and Dawn were fantastic. Michael the NP was also great. Kept us informed, acknowledged pain, offered a warm blanket and did everything to make sure we had a good experience.

Never been to a hospital where he front desk doesn’t have access to a database to know which area a patient is located in. The “security” guy at the front desk was rude. Made comments about getting the wrong information.

If the person in the wheel chair is going in for a test or procedure, the Jones Street circle drive with valet parking is best. The check in/registration desk is just inside the doors. (Take a right off 6th Street on to Jones, first drive on the right side)
All of the different departments have PO Boxes.
As of right now they are allowing one visitor an hour before surgery and they cannot visit any other time
Call 279 2010 to the hospital operator and ask them to connect you to medical records.
Up to 9 then they lock the doors and you have enter through the ER. Then you have to pick up the phone outside of the doors and be let in by staff to go to see a patient. They do that for security purposes.
No it has a plaque that says fifth floor and had a sticker that fell off. It said physical therapy
As far as I know you cant. It would be a HIPAA violation.
Ours is probably better than that!
Well i have had some patients that were homeless. Not sure what you mean by open their doors?
It is near the Jones Street entrance. Valet parking is available in that area. Please let me know if you have more questions.
Please call your family physician to discuss. If you do not have a family physician, you can call Mercy's Urgent Care clinic at 712-222-7990.
I would have her check with her physician to answer that question. Also, regarding your initial question, if your daughter is under the age of 18, you can stay at the Ronald McDonald house, just a few blocks from Mercy Medical Center.
Through the patient portal. You have to sign up for it.
Call either the central scheduling desk 279-2010 or call the E R department.
