Dropped off construction debris stuff at 9220 Durant transfer station. Dena was five star help and graciousness. Instructions and pricing on website would be extremely helpful and get to five stars.

They will make you beg them to pick up their empty container when you cancel the service. It has been sitting on the street last 2 weeks, now I was told that it will be picked up next week.

We have to call ALL OF THE TIME to get our trash removed!!! They regularly forget our street and sometimes our entire block. Very frustrating and annoying to pay for this service when it is so unreliable!!
