I am providing some feedback about my recent stay in short-term rehab at TLG after hip-replacement surgery. The staff attitude at all levels was very positive and some staff members were also very warm. Staff members are well trained in their areas of responsibility, such as nursing and OT and PT. Cleanliness maintenance in both my room and the common areas was excellent. As a bonus, the food was quite good.

They try but they’re with my estimator, 40% understaffed. COVID was not kind to this industry. My father has congestive heart failure & an auto immune disease. They were sorely understaffed. Skilled nursing is the beginning of the end. Be very careful with your loved one here.

Great place to live. More activities than I have time to participate in. Great residential neighbors. Wonderful staff and administration. Aside from four women over 100 years old, there are many vibrant residents who can be as busy or relaxed as they chose to be. We can exercise in the pool, or in the spring court. We can see movies in the GRA or at home on our computer or TV. Our new dining room is beautiful and the food is so good. So happy we chose to live @ the Terraces of Los Gatos.

Has it been two years already? Time does fly when you are having fun in a work environment that lives our mission.
