This was an incredible experience, each dish was artfully and carefully crafted. Manresa absolutely deserves the 3 Michelin stars that it has. We also chose to enjoy the wine pairing, and it was perfect. I appreciated that even a saison style beer was included because it fit with the salad fantastically. We especially enjoyed the sashimi, the shrimp and morel mushroom dish, and the waygu dish.

One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had. They had no problem making a vegan tasting menu for my wife that had the same quality and detail of the regular one. The drink pairings were perfect. My only complaint is that reservations are so tough to get.
