Yes....bar area near entryway n they are very good. Corkage is $75 but sometimes waived (not sure why).

Yes to covktails, and the corkage is $75, but occasionally waived (especially if either an insanely great wine they don't carry, or if you also ordered some wine off the menu, or if you offer the server or maitre d' a glasd.
Yes cocktails are great
It has a small bar and a nice seating area near the bar. I didn't find their wine prices overly expensive by the glass or bottle.
