They could install some pubic water fountains. My water ran out after a long bike ride from bay area . The park office attendant was helpful to refill my bottle. Thank you so much.

Very beautiful view to see the reservoir and some rowing boats in the river. A natural habitat for ducks! We even saw a golden retriever swimming in the river catching his ball:-)

Nice trail for hiking. Recommend going clockwise. If you're up to the challenge go counter cw. Shaded trail about 60%. Great view once you arrive at the reservoir. Still great view at the top though.

Pray for rain... This photo was taken on the boat launch ramp, where I would normally be about 20' underwater. This picture should not be possible without a boat, and look at how much further down the lake level is from the picture... Please conserve water whenever possible.

No, you cannot fly any drones in any county park. 😞 Its due to the medical helicopters. Other parks you need a permit to fly them.
Not much of anything, some bass maybe a trout, not much.
There are mountain footprints so I won't risk my own live. BTW, not much fish there. Very tough to fish.
There are no services, rentals or support of any kind, however if you have your equipment you can launch during normal operating hours. You cannot launch any motorized boats of any kind, they have to be human powered only. All the info you need can be found here : https://www.sccgov.org/sites/parks/parkfinder/Pages/Lexington-Reservoir.aspx
No cabins, no camping, no swimming, and only non-gas boating allowed.
But they are fill of Murcury so catch and release I believe the only fish you can eat from our local lakes is the reservoir in Gilroy tested safe
There's ample parking available in thr county lot and surrounding area.
Today, yes, very muddy
Isn't the LEX drained right now? Sure looks that way from highway 17. I'd try Lockloman, near Felton.
All boats have to be off the water 30 minutes before sunset. They let you launch late in the day.
Yes! There is a launch fee though, you can look it up on their website.
