There are mountain footprints so I won't risk my own live. BTW, not much fish there. Very tough to fish.
The entire side of the lake is no stopping at night too. Uvas does have overnight campgrounds so you could try there.
Mt. Lions are present in the mountains, fyi. The parking lots are closed at night. Perhaps if you park in The turnout at bear creek rd you can get away with it. But it's your choice. The rules are stated around the resivoir.
