The staff here is also Wonderful. The lady working there and unfortunately I didn't get her name, helped me kindly while I was a little frustrated. She was excellent and Knowledgeable. Love this Post Office.

I would give them negative stars if I could. This place is run horribly. I have not been able to call and speak to anyone without being interrupted and even hung up on by a worker named Gloria. Mind you I was not being obnoxious whatsoever. In speaking to the manager Ramsin he interrupts, takes no responsibility and does not follow up with an answer. But if you put in a complaint through consumer affairs, he marks it as resolved.Just like they mark items as delivered when they have not been delivered. Horrible post office service. These people are unprofessional and don’t know what customer service means. I’m embarrassed for them!

I got there right when they opened at 9am, and needed to ship a box and a suitcase. I was assisted by Jose, and he was very helpful, patient, and provided quick service. I also sent my items for $100 less than what FedEx quoted me.

For YEARS we have been complaining to the Post Office in Los Gatos that we often receive mail addressed to various neighbors of ours, and our that neighbors are receiving our mail. We've had multiple mail carriers through the years, and it seems that none of them can get it right. The carriers routinely blame the mail sorters and don't take the responsibility of checking to see that the mail is delivered correctly. Today, they have reached a new low. We were on vacation for the past 2 weeks + and had our mail on hold. The accumulated mail was supposed to be delivered to our address yesterday. It did not arrive. However, we did get mail in our mailbox... ALL of it for our next door neighbor. Today, ALL of the mail in our mailbox was for a different neighbor. We have not received our current mail, in addition to the mail that's been on hold. Yesterday I submitted a "Hold Mail" complaint on USPS.com. I received a confirmation that my case was assigned and that I would be contacted in one business day. I'm still waiting. So, I contacted the Los Gatos Post Office directly. The response from the representative who answered the phone: "There's no mail for you here." So when I ask where it is he says: "I'll talk to the mail carrier tomorrow." I had to ask him to get back to me, since he didn't offer to inform me of what has happened to my mail. I don't have much faith that it will happen. So, clearly it's a pretty good bet that our held mail was delivered to someone else... more that 2 weeks worth... and nobody knows where it is. Does the USPS wonder why people look for alternatives to their service? If so, I can provide the answer: Lost faith and trust in their system.

The post office is actually open, normal hours I believe. It's considered an essential service. There are social distance measures in place.
