Update: I was able to get in contact with WM corp and they were very helpful in resolving the problem. Our agent (Gustavo Del Toro) agree to give us a new dumpster with a lock, but never followed up. We tried to call after signing our contract, but he was nowhere to be found. He would not pick up the phone at all. Please don't work with them.
