I just went in to buy a new battery and I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received from Alex. Not only did he replace my battery as intended, but when I started my car and had a few mechanical lights come on, he didn’t hesitate to trouble shoot by going on the manufacturers website to find out the cause of the issue. I hope he’s compensated very well! You don’t come across people in customer service very often that exude the level of excellence that Alex does!

I was thoroughly impressed with the young man with long brown hair’s customer service. The first gentleman who’s tag said manager was rather dull, however the young man saved the day. I was looking for a headlight retainer and he took the time to go outside and basically stuck his head under the roof of my car to further assist. Turns out one of my head lights wasn’t in properly and he took the time to fix it. He also went above and beyond to research where I could locate the retainer as no location carried it! I’m grateful for his assistance.

Id try calling. They dont monitor this page. Pretty aure they have various typea of Auto related tape but not sure what tape youre looking for...3m?
They installed my battery for free (with the purchase of the battery). I would call or drop by for a quote on the battery...i know they list prices online when you put your car info in...they can tell you if it will mess with your electronics or not. If you have the windows that need to be reset after replacing the battery...they should know.
