Was buying a home from a person there. And got the run around from the manager after he had me change a couple things and wait from a response that I kept getting excuses about. He ended up talking the owner into selling it to someone else. This place is very shady. Do not trust them.

Not a bad place to live but I've been there less than two years and they've already raised the lot rent twice. It is now $62 a month more than when I first moved in and they aren't offering any services to compensate for it like free water or free trash pickup or mowing of our lawns. They cut down a few trees and move out or rehab dilapidated homes and use that as the excuse for raising our rent. I consider that general maintenance for the park and the residents should not be responsible for paying extra lot rent to compensate for general maintenance. They didn't have 2 dead trees across the street cut down though, probably going to do it next year, so they can raise the lot rent again.

We have underground storm shelters located in the community along with a large basement under the clubhouse.
Yes, we do have a clubhouse the residents can reserve for get togethers. The clubhouse also has a full kitchen with range, refrigerator, tables, chairs, couch, and bathrooms.
Yes, pets are welcomed! Some restrictions do apply, so please speak with the property manager beforehand.
