When I lived there a few years ago it was in excess of 400 for RVs. And Water and Electric were a separate bill. The RV section is near the front of the park.

It absolutely depends on whether you are renting or buying... And what size manufactured home you inquire... You get a 5-day grace period for rent after that it's a $50 charge. I paid 727 for a two-bedroom beautiful kitchen that is lot rent and rent for my home in general combined... Shelly is great she is always very helpful and willing to answer any questions... She will help you by any means possible to get into a home. There's definitely a couple bad seeds. But for the most part everybody is helpful and polite.
