Decent selection of items at a good price. I purchased a used dryer about 5 years ago that is still kicking and in good shape. We recently purchased a washer, which unfortunately we had to return because it would only run hot water. They were great about taking the return and we're upfront at the time of purchase, stating they plug the machines in to see if they work, but don't hook them to water. Everyone is pleasant and helpful!

Can be hit or miss if you need assistance in pricing...but an excellent range of products and reasonable prices. Shop regularly and the ubder/ over pricing evens out. It us all fir anninoortant cause, right?! Can say, I'd gone in numerous times over summer. Always asked price on an item. Nobody knew...or really cared. Went in one rainy afternoon. A busy but gracious gentleman assisted. Gave detailed photos. Stated a price. It began pouring rain...when I didn't want to carry merchandise out. I said, yes...mind if I wait inside until rain eases.Gracious. Turns out my purchase was easily worth 27 times the value if what I paid. It was limited edition..with value only increasing. An asset to my house. I try to shop here once a week. You never know from day to day. Albany may have mire..but pricing is higher. You must negotiate. Schenectady moves the merchandise tokeep available floor spaces..and makes is affordable to all.
