The are incompetent to manage the power outrage. We lose power several times in a year and they can’t fix the issue. It became a phobia for my daughter. Why there is one company around? Why should I be their customer? Who made this mafias?

If I could give zero stars I would, They told me someone was going to be coming to my new house to turn the power on, told me I do not have to be there if they run into problems they will contact the phone number on file, show up to my new house and HA guess what NO EFFING POWER, I have a 3 year old and of course its friday night.. I call them and ask what happened, apparently the tech ran into problems... nobody contacted me no missed calls messages nothing! NOW I have to wait until monday morning to get power in my new home which I'm already moved into, and it's freezing! I wish their was another company I could go through honestly so upset

They set a letter stating our meter wasn't reading right. I called and made an appointment, stayed home from work bc they said they needed to enter the house. They never should up. So i called to make another appointment for the following monday. Once again they didnt show up. So i called and they told me to make another appointment. Worst company to work with. They deserve o ⭐s. And they cant even give me a better answer than they will be there between 8 and 430. Hello people are loosing money not going to work, and burning vacation times to say home for nothing

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This company is such a joke. Let's rewind to 2017 (I believe). They had to do natural gas renovations on my street. They were on my street for almost two weeks. Told me my meter for gas had to be outside, and not in my basement any longer. Ok I think. Whatever, they'll fix it and I'd rather be safe. So the tech's come, and I tell them I'd like it off to the side of my front of my house, it was literally 12 inches from where they ended up putting it. They TRIED to put it where I asked, (so they say) and told me it couldn't go there. So they proceed to put it in the FRONT of my house and LEAVE THE HARDWARE IN MY STUCCO HOUSE where they TRIED to put it. They also damaged my entire front landscape, and my shrubs, and tree both died. I tried to figure out the property claims process, and again- a freaking joke. So fast forward to now. My wife and I are facing some temporary financial difficulties, and she calls to update a payment arrangement with the financial team. She is told she should submit documents (like applying for a Mortgage) to get approved for a minimum payment agreement. She does. A week later, they shut off our entire service in the middle of me working training for a new contract I am on (I'm self employed.) This is my only income currently, and now I have to wait 2 weeks to sign up for a new training with the company I'm representing. I called and talked to 3 different reps, and not one of them can keep their stories straight as to why we got told one thing, and then shut off the next. Now i have to wait OVER 24 hrs in the 90 humid weather, with a 2 yr old, a 4 yr old, and a pregnant wife to get electricity back. Oh yeah and we also have a refrigerator with $200 worth of food spoiling as we speak. National GREED is called that for a reason. Go 3rd party, and private companies. It's what I am going to do, and I plan to take this to the state Senator. I've worked with them in the past, as has my family with great success on other issues that pertain to the general publics welfare. This is an outrageously monopolized company with literally ZERO care for customers. I don't care how much money they claim they donate to charity and the local communities. As far as I'm concerned, they do it for tax write-offs not for the "general good." National Greed, you will hear about this one way or another. Mark my words.
