All people are welcome to Mass. However, the requirements for being able to take the Eucharist, in good faith and per the catechism may not allow them to participate fully. (I myself was not able to until my husband and I had our marriage blessed by the Catholic Church.) You should check with your local parish priest, many of them are willing and able to communicate via email.
There is no Mass at the Archdiocese for Easter. They are many throughout the diocese at 8:15pm.
