There was a man, supposedly a manager, that was very disrespectful when I went in a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name. I came in to return an item, but he said my exchange was not possible because the number on the box did not match the number of the item on my receipt. I had to call another location for them to tell me that the number he was looking for would be found in the item description. Even after telling him this and finding the matching number, he came up with another excuse as to why I would not be able to return my item. He told me that if I wanted to talk to a manager, I could, but I would have to return in 2 hours. 5 minutes after leaving this location, my husband and I called only to find out there were multiple managers in the location available to assist me at that time without having to wait 2 hours. I returned to the same location that same afternoon and was told that he was a manager himself due to the color of the shirt/uniform that he was wearing. He's a bilingual person, so I could have understood if he wanted to assist other people. Whatever the case was, I could have been redirected to someone who actually wanted to help with the item return/exchange without being lied to. Do not work if you don't want to do your job, especially as a manager.
