Money hungry court. I been having issues with parking tickets for YEARS. With a parking permit I still get tickets. Workers are extremely rude once I came in for assistance in getting a copy of all the outstanding tickets they wanted me to complete a record release form and it will be mailed to me within 3-4 weeks (Never had this issue) wanted to speak to a manager they called the cops. Terrible.

This Court is the worst that I'd ever attended The prosecutor and judge are not for the plaintiff. They don't want to work. It seems to me the system want to sweep the cases under the rug. I'd heard lots of horror stories about the court system and I truly believe it now, for I experienced it myself.

Lived in Monclair in an apartment for 25 years raised my daughter here and patron all of the local businesses. Plus I have an overnight parking ticket right in front of my apartment building. They continue to ticket me if I’m home sick from work because I only have the permit for the evenings and the nights. It’s very difficult to park in front my building on a Friday/ Saturday night when a lot of visitors are coming down to Church Street and Bloomfield Avenue to go to restaurants etc. the parking in Monclair is just awful something needs to be done about it especially for residents who are paying rent and have nowhere else to park and have parking permits in front of their residents. obviously they don’t really care about the residents that live in this town And only want to make money
