This company is run by roaches and rats. The front female is the queen of the roaches.

Rude service not professional at all

On 9/05/22 Unlimited Recovery LLC illegally towed my car away while I was asleep forcing me to have to call out of work. I called them and explained that I am a resident here and my license plate number is on file with the apartment complex. The extremely rude receptionist said they towed it because they didn’t see my parking sticker. I explained that I never received a parking sticker but had they just confirmed my license plate with the apartment office they would see that I’m a resident here going on 7 years and allowed to park here. I told them they made a mistake so I need them to bring my car back but instead of her taking accountability for their mistake her ego took over and she said that if I want my car back I will have to pay around $250. Keep in mind, I live here and am parked where I’m supposed to be parked. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever experienced in my 42 years on earth.

This place seems like it love to pray on people they think have money . I’ve been parking at chapel towers for about 1 month now always in the visitors section so I can avoid this because it happened to both cars at another complex well today they decided to take my car from visitors and I have a picture to prove it I will be taking this to court and love to see how this gets handled this is the third time you will be hearing from my lawyer love

Funny to assume a tow driver can line up signs
The drivers don't steal anything....cameras are all around the lot as well as on some trucks. No reason to steal items
Luckily towing equipment is very standardized these days, it's geared to cover all manufactured guidelines on towing vehicles properly so as to avoid any damage to your vehicle during towing.
Your car shouldn't go for any harder of a ride being towed than if you were driving it. At the very least your back tires will still be on the ground absorbing bumps along the way, just as they normally would.
Absolutely! Our ow truck drivers are subjected to advanced training programs, where after they complete the requirements, are tested and certified. Additionally, tow truck drivers continue annual training to refresh their knowledge and be introduced to the newest and latest towing related techniques and technology.
We specialize in non-consensual towing - a fancy phrase for parking log management. Shopping centers, small businesses, apartment complexes and other commercial locations contract with us to keep their parking areas clear for actual customers. Too often, people will park their car in one lot and then go to visit other businesses. While that may sound okay to a lot of people, this can tie up that spot - and stop customers from being able to patronize the parking lot owner's business. This can be particularly problematic for smaller parking lots such as those in downtown areas. As you might expect, this does NOT make a lot of people happy. If you park your car in marked areas for any other purpose than visiting that company or some similar situation, we suggest moving your vehicle accordingly. Be aware, look for parking signs, and follow the rules.
So they don't have your car?or do they? The owner is a great guy and will resolve any and all issues. The drivers take photos of every car before they touch it and after they tow it. If you have a sticker and was towed you can call the office and have them recheck the photos.
Be very careful, their pricing is not set basically they will price you / how bad you want your car back. Meaning we had them put a boot on our car it was supposed to be $75. the driver arrived my whole family was standing outside in the cold and the price automatically doubled. keep in mind we only had the boot on our car for like 10 minutes and it cost $150 to remove. It should not cost you more than 150 depending on how long it's been in there lot of storage
Call or come to the office in Raleigh between 9am and 3pm and someone will assist you for damage claims
I think $25/ day storage personal belongings. But it caps off at $75
If you are requesting a service that deliberately is screwing someone over to which you will rationalize in the most underhanded sleazy inhumane way imaginable, this is the company to hire. If you do hire them, both of you can rot in Hell.
