Based on how they sped past me on Jones Sausage Road a few days ago..while towing some poor soul's vehicle....I plan to not be using their services. Whomever was at the wheel was clearly going well over the speed limit and whipping in and out of traffic. Do Better!!!

First of all, I was parked in free weekend parking and my car was towed illegally and there was a refusal of an appeal, as I was told since they already had my car that I had to pay (without receiving a ticket or anything beforehand?). The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude, refused to tell me the hours/if there would be any tax or fees on the tow/refused the address?? she is legitimately incompetent. Even worse is when I go to pick up my car, I am sat there waiting for an HOUR after I called and told them that I had arrived as the tow driver is the only guy working there/and going and stealing peoples cars. He then continues to tell me about his son who he doesn’t speak to and commenting on their relationship. This company is an absolute scam and completely takes advantage of their distance to a college campus with VERY little parking. Who tows from an apartment complex at 2am? Incredibly disrespectful seeing as people have class and work in the mornings. Thanks for the WORST experience
