Package Carriers do not follow instructions that have been set by the building. If they call and you are not here you lose. Regardless of the instructions left by me.

Simply put: What a joke. Packages are never on time, typically 3-4 days after the estimated delivery date if they ever show at all. A package shipped from 1 state over takes 2 weeks to arrive at my door. Usually they make it to the local DHL facility quickly but they sit there for days. I have had to reorder several items because they never get delivered (Hmmm?) and trying to straighten it out with customer service is a waste of time. UPS, USPS, even Fed Ex is more reliable and accommodating when your package somehow does not make it to your doorstep. Imagine that, they actually take responsible for an item that was in their possession. I wouldn't use DHL at all, if not determined by the shipper. If you want to roll the dice, use DHL. It may be delivered, it may not be, but rest assured you will be waiting 2 to 3 times longer than any other courier.

I have a package that has been sitting at your warehouse since 12/19/20 and today is 12/29/20. WHEN will I be getting this package? It was supposed to be a Christmas present, well too late for that now. I just want what I paid for.

4PX tracking indicates my package arrived at your DHL ECOMMERCE facility in Raleigh, NC on 5/19 and that you tendered it to delivery service provider on the same day. No further update. I want to know who is the delivery service you tendered it to.

It depends on who you got your item through, but it's most likely USPS.
