I wouldn’t come back to this store. They refused to resolve the issues I have with AT T service until I complained and pointed out that they actually kicked me a few times behind other customers.

Melissa Balderas was a lifesaver for me in getting my Apple Watch properly connected to ATT and my IPhone. She spent over 2 hours patiently working away at my issue, coordinating with ATT, while dealing calmly with other customers. In the coming months, I'll upgrade my iPhone, and I will eagerly seek out Melissa's expert help!

We have had a family plan for many years with ATT. I appreciate the service I received from Warren, one of your associates. Although I had to wait a considerable length of time to talk with a representative, he made it worth the wait in terms of answering questions and helping me find solutions for my family's phone needs. I felt that it wasn't about the sales quota with Warren (which it really SHOULD NOT BE) but rather customer service. I will try and work with him in the future and send referrals his way.
