i just have to say ellie and ali are super sweet and friendly — but was a bit disappointed in the cut and service. my boy was nicked on his privates which got infected. this was over a month ago and still dealing with today. accidents happen no matter what groomer you go to and dogs won’t sit still if they have a wound so chances are it may get worse unless they are quarantined. my other disappointment was that i was told his ears would be cleaned and they were not—lifted them up to smell shortly after and they stunk. also saw a matted piece with some dirt/wax stuck in it so had to cut it out myself. i also asked for an even cut and his legs/paws were left fluffy and longer than the rest of his body. not what i asked for. i would still give them a try as it seems they’ve done great with other pups but i won’t be back.

On time, thorough and quick! Loraine is the best groomer we have ever had. She completely understands our 16 year old Bichon mix:)

Ali was wonderful to work with and did a fantastic job grooming and de-matting my aussiedoodle. She was very patient with him and I knew he was in good hands.
