The apartments are definitely nice on the inside, but the upkeep of the outside is a AWFUL. I don't believe it's the site managers fault, but corporate needs to fix this. They're spiders and cobwebs everywhere, especially at the mailbox location. The place desperately needs to be power washed. I've resided at places less impressive and they at least keep the outside in decent conditions. So yes, once you fight through all the spiders, cobwebs and dusty/dirty balconies you get to experience a home, just don't try to sit on your patio because you would have to knock the webs down and all the dust/debris that accumulated for who knows how many years off the rails and rest of patio.

We placed a maintenance request because the refrigerator started leaking and we didn’t know why. Maintenance received request and ended up ordering a new refrigerator as it appears the modem was out in the one we had. It took a moment for the refrigerator to get to us but we were rent upset considering Covid , being understaffed everywhere, etc. however, once it arrived it was prompt service to get the old one out and new one installed! No complaints

Current resident posting review regarding maintenance .. any request I've had was done well and quickly. Benjamin and Margarito are VERY good . friendly and professional.
