Overall we had a great time! Its a nice place. But before you go please note that YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $110 EXTRA FEE for checking out 1 hour later. Not all staff are understanding. Overall they're nice on grounds but once you get home you'll see some surprise charges. And when you try to contact them they're not so understanding or willing to work with you. My point is before you go know that you will end up paying more than expected because of charges that they didn't inform you before, because they are trying to sound very easy and positive before your stay. (That's actually what a supervisor told me)

Too expensive, food and drinks! All of the kids i took got chlorine burn!!!!!! Like really bad! . beds were filthy the day we arrived , hence needing changed the day we got there ! Tec dec wheels and hair ties under the sheets and what looked like a blood stain ... Broken lampshade, broken vent , and the one shower did not work at all! Absolutely ridiculous! Do not plan on coming back for the amount of $ i spent!!! 🤬🤬🤦‍♀️

Visited Kalahari Today With My Friends, We Bought four Day Passes, Spent A Lot Of Money, only for most of The Rides in the Park to be closed. One ride attendant who was at the top of Smoke That Thunder was overworking himself in these extremely hot conditions trying to maintain two rides at once with a long line. We were refused towels because we didn’t have a room there however, WE DID PURCHASE FOUR DAY PASSES. No towels for four people ????RIDICULOUS. The Park also closed at 8pm on a Tuesday ???. Kalahari please do better, we spent a lot of money with you guys and had a horrible experience.

Very nice place for the family. Very clean, friendly, beautiful. The admission prices very reasonable. The hotel rooms very specious and clean.
